Quality Assurance and Process Specialist (Qualified Engineer)

Our client is a leading company in the Oil & Gas industry. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Quality Assurance and Process Specialist to join their team.

The Role

• You will oversee and align the company’s operations with international standards, compliance, and best practices to maintain reliability and consistency.
• You will develop and implement a comprehensive quality system to ensure compliance with international standards, regulations, and best industry practices.
• You will monitor company operations, conduct audits, and identify areas for improvement to ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement.
• You will develop and maintain quality assurance policies and processes for all company departments, ensuring compliance and identifying necessary changes.
• Handle regular audits and inspections will be conducted to verify compliance and address any areas needing improvement.
• You will collaborate with all departments to implement quality assurance procedures and provide training and support to employees.
• You will stay up-to-date with industry changes and advancements in quality standards is essential to continuously enhance the company’s processes.
• You will report progress and compliance status to upper management

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership skills are essential, along with knowledge of international quality standards and experience in developing quality assurance processes
• Extensive knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO, OSHA, and other regulatory bodies  Excellent understanding of combined cycle power plant processes and equipment
