Head of Quality

Our client is looking for a Head of Quality to run the department and its operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Chairperson your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Achieving quality assurance by supporting, assisting, auditing and reviewing all documents and procedures of all the departments of the company
• Achieving quality assurance operational objectives; preparing and completing action plans whilst assuring efficient service, quality and up to standard customer service
• Identifying and resolving problems; completing audits and determining system improvements
• Validating quality processes by establishing processes and service specifications and quality attributes; measuring performance' documenting evidence, writing and updating quality management systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 and most importantly prepare quality documentation in line with ISO9001:2015
• Maintaining and improving the company's quality level 
• Ensuring that the client's needs and requirements are communicated
• Responsible of preparing office related performance reports
• Attending client and audit meetings 
• Conducting site visits and risk assessments.

Working hours for this role are from Monday to Friday between 09:00hrs - 17:00hrs but schedule can be made flexible work permitting. 

• Previous working experience in a similar position
• Knowledge on marine, yachting, oil and gas industry will be considered an asset
• Conscientious and responsible
• Detail oriented and a results driven mindset
• Must be able to work with and lead a team through proven experience
• Organisational and leadership skills are non-negotiable
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
• Excellent working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods

• Technical and Managerial qualification would be given preference
• Must have a recognised qualification in Quality Management
• Proficient in MS Office
