Senior Project Manager

Job Description
Our client is a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy providing high-quality design solutions to high-end projects throughout Malta and further afield. Undertaking projects from high-end retail establishments to 5* hotels. Due to a consistent increase in workload, a Senior Project Manager is now required to join the expanding team on a full-time basis. 

Responsibilities: 
Carrying out the duties of a senior project manager including but not limited to planning, scheduling, cost management, project management, and construction management, report writing, and compiling proposal and requirements documentation and presentations. You will be responsible for developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. The successful candidate will be supporting with the development and amendments of project management concepts and project briefs, through robust change control and project processing techniques, ensuring a seamless document flow throughout

Requirements: 

• You will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering, and a proven track record of at least 10 years in a similar role.
