Project Manager

Our client is a leading financial institution in Malta.  They would like to hire a Project Manager to join their growing team

The Role

• You will be managing specific projects assigned to you according to the business needs
• You may be dealing with different stakeholders during the process
• Projects may vary in nature from IT, process and other company related tasks 
• You will act as a point of reference on the projects assigned for all stakeholders
• You will collate the necessary data to make informed decisions on the projects 
• Ensure that all project deadlines are met by all stakeholders to ensure successful conclusion of the project
• Create reports and other ways of communication to keep all stakeholders informed with project progression
• You  will identify risks related to the projects, mitigate and ensure to flag to senior management wherever there is the need

• You will have strong experience in Project Management
• Experience in Banking, Insurance &/or IT sectors is a must
• Preferably have a degree in Banking, Insurance or IT
• Be organised and methodical
• Be assertive yet approachable
• Be deadline driven
