Project Manager (Finishes)

Job Description
Our client, an extremely reputable firm that oversees design and project management on a range of exciting projects, due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, a Project Manager specializing in Finishes are now required to take responsibility for personnel, operational controls, financial flows, and the finishing of projects.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Complete reports on all operational divisions
• Develop and implement plans to improve policies, systems, and procedures
• Work to tight budgets and deadlines
• Preparation and updating of the daily program of works
• Problem-solving includes dealing with issues on-site, staff sickness, adverse weather
• Supporting the Director in the preparation of tenders and formulating new project contracts with prospective customers
• Conducting thorough site visits to check the work and the standard of work
• Create a database with suppliers’ details and update regularly with products and price comparisons
• Ensuring a high level of health and safety on-site at all times
• Monitoring and managing employees and subcontractors
• Supporting in the preparation of tenders

Requirements: 

• Candidates should have experience in a similar role, and
• Be able to communicate well in English
