Project Manager
Our Client his an established Property Developer undertaking a highly prestigious construction project which includes a 5* hotel, residential towers, commercial and retail spaces. A Project Manager with experience managing large mixed use construction projects is required to coordinate a diverse team of professionals; manager relationships with all stakeholders; and ensure delivery of project within budget and timeline.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all phases of the project from design to completion
- Develop full project plan including allocation of resources; budget management etc
- Manage the senior team and all contractors ensuring contractual obligations are adhered to
- Meticulously oversee the project budget
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standard, addressing issues as they arise
- Ensure regular communication with all stakeholders and ensure any concerns are addressed promptly
- Manage any risks that could impact project in terms of budget, timeline or quality
- Oversee procurement ensuring relationships with vendors and suppliers are maintained and materials and equipment available timely
- Uphold highest quality of standard and ensure best practice
- Progress reporting to senior management
Talent will:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Construction related discipline
- Demonstrate at least 10 years’ experience managing large scale projects to successful delivery
- Possess strong experience in financial forecasting and cost management
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Possess familiarity with BIM
