Project Manager

A new role of a Project Manager is now available with a leading contractor company that's involved in a variety of residential and commercial projects. Reporting to the Director, your duties will include;  

• Planning, managing, and implementing projects, holding primary responsibility for the achievement of cost, schedule, and quality objectives;
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables;
• Allocating resources, planning and scheduling project timelines;
• Supervising sites and monitoring any variations in plans;
• Dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, third-party employees, and other stakeholders;
• Approving construction samples as per specifications;
• Attending to commissioning runs or certification activities, and handling full documentation of projects;
• Managing of a team;
• Understanding the implications of Health and Safety Regulations.

• Decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driving license.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
• Management qualification and project management experience in engineering services or construction is essential.
• Use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental best practice.
