Business & Operations Consultant

Our client, one of the largest Company Service Provider in Malta are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business & Operations Consultant to join their team. Reporting to the company Director you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, support and work closely with their clients to identify their business needs and develop solutions to improve their operations and maximise their success in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business operations and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise clients' operations and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Advise clients on industry best practices and trends
• Assist clients in developing and implementing new products and services to expand their offerings
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of clients' operations and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage engagements focusing on commercial growth, business function-specific issues, performance enhancements, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to proposals and bids for pitching business.
• Participate in and, when necessary, lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams addressing specific business issues for clients.
• Build and maintain an internal and external network of business contacts.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

• Proven track record of successfully consulting and advising client on business and operations strategies locally.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• A Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or Operational Management.
