Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Our client is a renowned diverse group of companies who would like to engage a Chief Operations Officer (COO) as the group is growing. The role will report directly into the CEO.

The Role

• Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with the company's goals
• Overseeing daily operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, service, and support functions
• You will also manage inventory effectively, ensuring stock levels are optimized and costs are controlled
• Streamlining after-sales processes, enhancing customer experience, and implementing data-driven strategies to grow revenue and market share are also central to the role
• Re-engineering processes for cost-efficiency, defining service levels, and implementing best practices to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
• A customer-centric culture will be championed, with standards and training programs to ensure superior service, addressing customer feedback promptly
• You will manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and facilities to ensure operational excellence while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance protocols will be maintained, with the highest standards of professionalism enforced.

Salary Package will depend on experience

• Having a bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Operatiosn Mangement or a related field would be considered as a very strong asset
• Should have a minimum of 5 years experience of Operational Management at Senior Operational level
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential,
• Having automtive experience will be considered as a strong asset
