Irrecs Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The chosen candidate must have a minimum of 2-year experience in Construction and Restoration project management.
We are a team of professionals who aim at restoring the beauty and history of any project that comes our way. Our employees’ range in experience and expertise and at any point in time we may have as many fourth- five workers. Each job is carried out with great dedication and pride. We do not look at each task as a job but as securing our heritage. A restoration is an art form itself.
About the Role:
The role will be reporting directly to the Site Manager. The Project Manager will be working closely with our team and managing the contractor/client relationship to achieve successful project completion. The role must always be punctual to their given work and having experience in quantity surveying would be an asset.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2-year experience in Construction and Restoration project management;
In possession of a degree in Architecture or;
Structural or Civil Engineering or;
Construction and Building Technology or;
Project or Construction Management;
Quantity Surveying.
*Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills. The chosen candidate must have a minimum of 2-year experience in Construction and Restoration project management.

At the time the demand for the restoration of old houses was high and this provided an ideal opportunity to specialize in this field. From farmhouses to townhouses, lrrecs Ltd. has restored and transformed numerous homes and offices to great splendor. This however was just the beginning of the journey as lrrecs Ltd. soon began specializing even further into restoration and conservation. From a humble beginning, they can no proudly include the great Fort St.Elmo in Valletta, the National Interactive Science Centre project at the old Naval Hospital complex in Bighi, and ongoing works on the Design Cluster, Old Slaughter house in Valletta, and the Ospizio Complex including Barbara Arch in Floriana which will host the project MICAS amongst their most notable works.
