Project & Facilities Manager

Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta, would like to engage a Project & Facilities Manager. Responsible for maintaining brand standards within the manufacturing plant and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Project & Facilities Manager focuses primarily on infrastructure projects aimed at reducing electricity and water consumption, as well as addressing any other building-related projects that may arise.

• Determining and defining project scope and objectives.
• Anticipating the resources needed to achieve objectives and managing resources effectively and efficiently.
• Preparing a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
• Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Utilizing appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Evaluating project performance using suitable systems, tools, techniques, and tracking project costs to meet the budget.
• Compiling status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Conducting post-project evaluations and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs 

• An Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in Project Planning
• Analytical thinking and Problem solving
• Hold excellent level of written and verbal English

• Qualification in Project Management
