Project Assistant (Greek speaking)

Our client, a well-established, boutique corporate service provider, is seeking to recruit a Greek speaking Project Associate to join their team. Amongst others, responsibilities will include:     

• Coordinating Travel arrangements for employees from quotation to booking stage
• Managing and updating datasheets relative to the various steps in expense re-imbursement processes
• Communicating with temporary workers mainly via email or calls
• Assist in issuing periodic and ad hoc reports
• Filing, data-inputting, mail-handling and processing of documentation and other administrative tasks as the need arises
• Assisting management with other tasks relative to this project as the need arises

*CVs must be shared in the English language

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent command of both Greek and English is an absolute must
• Candidates must be mature, focused, attentive and driven with the ability to shift priorities and multi-task
• Candidates must possess good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Based in Malta

• Diploma Standard Of Education as a minimum
• Experience working in the tourism industry, travel agencies or customer service role will be considered an asset
• Candidates with qualifications in International Relations, European Studies or Business/Public Administration will be preferred
