PML - HVAC & AE Project Coordinator

Ceek - Recruitment Solutions in Malta is currently looking to recruit a PML - HVAC & AE Project Coordinator to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

Looking for a new opportunity in Project Management within the HVAC sector? We have an exciting position for a Project Coordinator with our client, a construction company in Malta. If you're passionate about delivering top-quality projects and want to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, then this role is for you! 

What's expected of you?

• Support department operations and maintain a strong company image
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on new projects and ensure efficient execution of HVAC and AEP systems
• Coordinate and oversee projects with other coordinators, workers, and subcontractors
• Liaise with sales personnel for updates on VRF & AE systems and take over confirmed projects
• Plan, design, and manage the installation and commissioning of new systems, ensuring timely completion
• Monitor commissioning dates and address any technical issues with the Technical Manager
• Appoint workers or subcontractors as needed and manage stock levels with customer care clerks
• Attend supplier training and ensure client needs are met through timely and effective project execution.

What are you expected to bring?

• Prior experience in project management within HVAC and AE projects
• Strong understanding of construction, engineering, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
