Launch Manager

A position for a Launch Manager is now available. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and driving forward projects to be able to launch new products and tools;
• Managing projects in terms of cost, quality, and time;
• Liaising with the project team, suppliers and clients to gather the necessary information and meet deadlines and budget requirements;
• Leading and motivating multi-disciplinary teams throughout the project lifetime;
• Supporting product trials and communicate updates;
• Managing and setting standards to direct reports for evaluating performance levels;
• Training new staff and delivering inductions.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing- Automotive OEM experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects in the EMEA region
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management in the EMEA region
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and supply chain management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
• Desirable Project Management Certification (PMP OR PRINCE)
