Junior Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone with basic IT knowledge and understanding and someone with around two years experience in project management or business consulting.  

Your responsibilities will include

• Analyzing, Improving and implementing processes by taking over European wide process ownership for service processes
• Collecting and orchestrating business requirements towards service relevant IT systems (like SAP, ServiceNow, Customer Portals, etc.), to improve profitability in all European national service organizations
• Ensuring that the local service system architecture meets market requirements and drive the implementation of tools supporting service processes
• Contributing to projects to create pan-European service strategies that drive national service organizations towards higher service revenues and greater professionalism
• Running technical Service Design processes and actively contribute to projects to enhance the company's portfolio of services (Analysis, Design, Planning & Implementation) together with European, global and local interfaces in marketing and service
• Identifying best practices in service and support and spread them across the National Operating companies
   

• Experience in Project Management (Prince2) and Service Consultancy, as well as best practices of the ITIL framework
• Experience in Service Processes

• University degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics
