Head of Projects

Our client is an established company in Malta that offers software solutions to its clients. As they are growing, they would need to engage a Head of Projects who will be also be managing a team and reporting directly into the CEO.

The Role

• You will be responsible for managing projects, services, and functions to ensure optimal delivery of products to customers.
• You will overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects in line with budget and company policies.
• You will ensure that planning, stakeholder engagement, and management of third-party contributions are given priority.
• You will do regular monitoring of project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and managing risks are crucial responsibilities. 
• As the Head of Projects, you will also ensure effective communication with stakeholders, provide progress updates, and escalates issues as needed.
• You will play a significant role in resource development, facilitating skill transfer and identifying training needs for junior staff.

• Have an ICT related qualification/degree
• Have proven leadership skills
• Have strong communication & people skills
• Can coordinate with management & all stakeholders contributing to the overall success of the company
