ERP Project Manager

Our client, specializing in software solutions, is looking to employ an ERP Project Manager in Malta.  Working closely with a versatile and dynamic team, your job  will involve:

• Assisting the Business Development Team and Solution Consultants during the pre-sales cycle.
• Creating or approving  Project estimates prepared by Solution Consultants.
• Creating Project Plans.
• Managing Customer communication and expectations.
• Managing the Solution Project Plan and the Solution Implementation Lifecycle. 
• Identifying and delegating and tracking Project / Support Issues.
• Providing Customer Status Reporting.
• Managing Customer conflict and resolution.
• Managing and coordinating the support activities.
• Coordinating project resources with the Head of division.
• Managing and monitoring assigned team resources and their productivity and performance.
• Reporting on Project Progress and Billing.
• Contributing and improving and optimising processes and methodologies.
• Assisting in the recruitment of required resources.

• Experience in technical project management coming from a software development background

• A Bachelor's Degree will be considered an asset
