Our globally known client is on the lookout for a Transformation Manager to join their team based in Malta.

Being responsible and involved in the whole change management process and being goal-oriented with a positive mindset, your responsibilities include:

  • Completing the roll-out system change management.
  • Working closely with different internal stakeholders with implementing effective change management across all programs.
  • Monitoring compliance with related policies and procedures.
  • Being involved with both internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring all attributes of changes are considered, release notes, test reports, deployment, rollback, risk mitigation, documentation updates etc.
  • Ensuring that internal teams are able to support the new service and that the client is able to make use of it.
  • Updating the change methodology, procedures and checklists through continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the success rate and downtime of changes.
  • Being involved in technical meetings.
  • Train both internal and external stakeholders on the change management process.
  • Offering support with planning, scheduling and controlling movement of releases to test live environments.
  • Creating, participating, managing, and delivering Root Cause Analysis and any other related reports.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • At least 4 years of previous or current work experience in a change management related role.
  • The ideal candidate doesn't need to be heavy knowledged on the technical area, however, a background/general knowledge on IT is needed to fully understand the process.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Certification and/or knowledge in ITIL.
