Programme Coordinator (Education)

One of our clients operating within the education sector is looking for a highly organized and passionate Programme Coordinator to join their team. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Coordinate and schedule study programmes and activities that align with the organization's mission and goals, from MQF Level 4 to Level 7
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including acting as a guide to student cohorts throughout their study journey
• Communicate program information, updates, and successes to all stakeholders as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program offerings.

• Candidates must already be based in Malta
• Candidates must be fluent in both Maltese and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Candidates must take initiative and problem solve as required, whilst demonstrating a strong work ethic

• Diploma Level of Education as a minimum is a must
• Previous administrative experience is a must
• Previous experience within the education sector is highly desired
