Kitchen Concepts Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Premises Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The Premises Coordinator will be a proactive and highly organised individual who will work closely with our Premises Manager. In this role, the Premises Coordinator will be required to manage and maintain our Company's physical premises. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and appearance of our restaurants. The primary goal will be to create a safe, clean, and functional environment that supports our employees' productivity.  The Premises Coordinator will also be responsible for the health and safety which is critical in creating a safe and healthy work environment, minimizing risks, and ensuring the well-being of the employees and customers visiting the premises.

The ideal candidate for this post will require to have:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a similar role 
  • Possess a good level of communication and organisational skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Have a good eye for detail 
  • Ideally hold a valid driving license.


While it is desirable for candidates to have prior experience in this position, the Company will still offer comprehensive training.

*All applicants should have clean Police conduct and non – EU nationals a valid work permit.
**Preference will be given to applicants who are already living in Malta
