Operations Officer

Our client, an international insurance entity based in Malta, is looking to recruit a Technical Operations Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

• Cooperating with local markets to build and prepare product proposals
• Conducting market research on maintenance products and benchmarking with competitors
• Assisting with registering and administering service agreements
• Analyzing and resolving issues raised by local markets
• Driving and supporting projects to improve the customer offer and gain efficiencies
• Handling invoices and sales requests
• Providing daily support and backup for the Operations Manager

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team player qualities
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Legal status for employment in Malta
• Programming / IT knowledge will be considered a strong asset

• A degree or equivalent in Business or Information Technology will be considered an asset
