Malta Air is currently recruiting for an Operations Management Trainee (Programme) to join their Operations team in their head office in Malta on a full-time basis.
The Role:
- Resource planning;
- Development of new procedures;
- Safety management;
- Cost and data analysis.
Desired Experience Qualifications:
- Very good/excellent grades at your university and ambition to take on responsibility sooner rather than later;
- Ability to work to deadlines and off your own initiative;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent English required;
- Another European language not required but advantageous;
- Flexibility to travel the Malta Air network;
- Must hold a valid EU passport;
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt and change quickly;
- Computer literate;
- Ability to produce reports, prepare and deliver presentations and analyze
Location:
Malta Air’s Pieta Offices (Malta).
