Activities Coordinator (Summer Camp 2024)
EF International Language School is currently looking to recruit an Activities Coordinator (Summer Camp 2024).
Job role:
You will be working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. You would have responsibility for the activity program of the student experience in one of our schools and be integral in shaping the customer experience.
You would be supporting a team of international leaders to plan and deliver the activities offered. There will be everything from small events for a single group of 34 students to large events for over 1000. You will help in planning & delivering safe and fun activities that will give the students a sense of the local culture while having fun with their new international friends.
A truly memorable experience, you will interact with staff and students from across the world daily. Every day is different, you may go from working on the activity plan and administration to running epic-themed activities while dressed as your favorite film character!
As you will be moving around the island a driving license is desirable but not a must.
Requirements:
- Must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing, and have great attention to detail
- You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-paced environment
- Legally able to work in Malta, have a Maltese/EU passport or a work permit
- Fluent in English
- A driving license is desirable.

- Tasked with being the main responsible for your activities staff; you will grow your leadership skills by assisting them guide their groups from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.
Details:
- Available for 4-12 weeks during June, July & August. For shorter durations, it could be combined with a leadership role before or after.
- 6 day per week, fulltime contracts.
