Operations Assistant

Our client is seeking an Operations Assistant to join their expanding team in Malta.

Based within the office and working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Check the quantity and quality of supplied goods daily, and report any discrepancies.
• Receive and process client orders, communicating them to the relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Input daily purchases and expenses into the accounting system, maintaining accurate financial records.

• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English.
• Strong organizational skills with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under time constraints.
• Experience with building relationships with suppliers and clients.
