Interior Project Coordinator

Our client, a leading player within the Real Estate industry, is seeking to recruit an experienced and creative Interior Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, design, and execution of our real estate projects. 

• Collaborate on creating innovative interior design concepts tailored to client needs.
• Develop and manage project schedules, including administrative tasks, to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Identify, source, and procure high-quality materials and products that align with project goals.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals that reflect client requirements, project scope, and budgets.
• Plan and monitor project budgets to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest products, trends, and best practices in interior design.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to oversee progress and address any issues that may arise.

• Strong interest or background in interior decoration and design.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and ensure quality control.

• Familiarity with sourcing materials and liaising with contractors/suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
