Games Delivery Team Leader
As a Games Delivery Team Leader, you will be leading and developing the release, testing and live teams within the Games Delivery department responsible for the overall delivery of our Gaming Products.
Reporting directly to the Games Delivery Deputy Manager, you will be ensuring the successful running of the day-to-day operations, focusing on the highest level of quality being delivered across the Gaming Products.
The role would suit individuals who are eager to recruit, manage and coach the team. You will be running the processes and ensuring that the Games Delivery Coordinators are completing their responsibilities to the highest standards.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Currently holds a role as Team Leader or above across the wider organisation
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to ensure delivery is of the highest standard
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work under pressure
- Keen interest in gaming products
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Jira.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, managing and coaching Games Delivery Coordinators to achieve the highest level of quality in Gaming Product delivery
- Ensuring testing is completed by the Games Delivery Team to the required standard
- Ensuring releases for roadmaps are delivered on time by the Games Delivery Team
- Creating, maintaining and reviewing test scripts for gaming product releases, projects, apps and miscellaneous testing
- Organising daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks the team is responsible to perform
- Liaising with other departments for smooth cooperation
- Maintaining the competence and responding to the need to complete Coordinator duties such as product, app, project and regulatory testing and releases
- Creating and optimising processes assigned by the Games Delivery Deputy Manager.
