Our client is a long established catering company in Malta.  They would need to engage a Cafeteria Manager for one of their outlets as they are growing.

The Role

  • You will be reporting into the Operations Manager
  • You will lead a team of circa 20 people (full time and part time)
  • As the Cafeteria Manager, you will handle the roster of all the staff members
  • You will set up SOP's and KPI's for the team
  • You will attend departmental meetings
  • Excellent Customer Service will fall in the remit of this role ad should be cascaded down to all the team
  • You will be responsible for stock tacking
  • You will implement of Food Safety Procedures and HACCP 
     
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • You must have experience working in a leading role in a cafeteria or restaurant
  • You will be working on a 40 hour week basis but it will be on shift including weekends
  • Having experience locally or abroad will both be considered
Education & Experience
  • You must have an excellent level of spoken English
  • A qualification in catering will be considered as an asset
