We’re looking for a proactive and technically savvy Project Coordinator to optimise the way our teams collaborate and manage their tasks. From assisting teams in breaking down projects into actionable tasks to identifying bottlenecks and streamlining workflows, your efforts will ensure efficiency and alignment. There will also be an element of working with external stakeholders to ensure projects that involve them are broken down into actionable tasks internally.

• Assisting teams in breaking down projects into actionable tasks with clear deadlines and accountability
• Monitoring task and project progress, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions
• Acting as the first point of contact for troubleshooting related to ClickUp
• Helping to develop and enforce standardised task management practices across departments
• Acting as a liaison between teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
• Acting as a point of contact for external stakeholders across various projects, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment with internal teams
• Evaluating current task management processes and recommend improvements
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and guidelines related to ClickUp usage

• Proficiency with ClickUp or comparable project management tool (such as Asana or Jira)
• Background in project coordination, operations, or business support roles
• Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and a knack for multitasking
• Experience managing client relationships or working with external stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively across remote teams
• Knowledge of the gaming industry and start-ups is a plus
