Assistant to Yard Manager
Y&P Cranes in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Assistant to the Yard Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Responsabilities:
1. Assisting the yard manager with the day-to-day management of the staff
2. Ensuring jobs are carried out safely and efficiently
3. Liaise with internal departments and set timeframes for repairs and servicing of equipment at Workshops
4. Continuous follow-up of vehicle and equipment maintenance and certification
5. Continuous follow-up of premises upkeep, repairs and maintenance required
6. Supervise and co-ordinate organising of stores, familiarise with stock available
7. Assist in any other office-related duties
