AX Head Office in Malta is looking to recruit a Social Media Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage the social media channels of various AX Group brands to create an engaging experience and increase audience engagement. The candidate is expected to research and analyse social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. The candidate will work closely with various AX teams to promote brands via social media channels. Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all company social media accounts management.
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which inspire audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
• Coordinates social media messaging with the marketing team to reach company goals.
• Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
• Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaigns.
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new brand and product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Extensive and proficient knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Proofreading and Editing Skills,
• Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms.
• Excellent multitasking skills.

AX Head Office:
AX started in 1975 in construction. The company was awarded a couple of landmark building and civil engineering contracts and by mid-eighties, it was already a well-established construction company with Malta’s largest hard rock quarry, the largest pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete plant on the island.
