Marketing Executive

A client of ours is searching for an enthusiastic individual to join their Marketing team to assist in the development and implementation of the Marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content requests from different departments to create compelling and timely content.
• Work closely with the organization’s Marketing Agency.
• Utilize design software to produce artwork that complements our marketing initiatives.
• Design artwork and use design software.
• Enhance the organization’s social media presence and engagement with the target audience.
• Support the management of online platforms.
• Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of campaigns using various metrics and report on performance.
• Collaborate in the development and execution of the organisation’s marketing strategy.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of a digital marketing plan across the organisation’s social media platforms.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to.
• Report and work together with the organisation’s management, communicate results and take initiative as and when required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English AND Maltese
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a similar field
• A degree in this field would be preferred
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques would be an asset
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is mandatory
• Experience in graphic design is considered a plus
