Job Description:

• The SEO Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the SEO strategy and leading a team of SEO specialists to
• drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. This role involves managing SEO projects, providing
• strategic direcon, and ensuring that the team meets performance goals.
• Responsibilies:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine
• rankings.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support on best pracces and project
• execuon.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, compeve analysis, and on-page and off-page opmizaon.
• Oversee technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to address site issues and implement
• improvements.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing aconable insights and recommendaons for
• opmizaon.
• Collaborate with content, markeng, and design teams to ensure alignment with SEO strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.
• Experse in SEO tools and plaorms (e.g., Google Analycs, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content opmizaon, and link-building strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and report on SEO performance.
• Fluent in Turkish and strong English wring and speaking skills.
• Excellent communicaon, organizaonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Igaming exprience is a plus
