Senior Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing Focus)

Maltalingua Limited is currently looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing Focus) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing our digital marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition and engagement, and contributing to our school's overall growth.
 
Responsibilities:

• Maintain, develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels (including our website, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns)
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights within the language school industry
• Manage existing partners and prioritize business development
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SE0, SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Working experience in web CMS such as Drupal or WordPress
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
