Events Crew

About the role:

As a member of the events set crew, you will be assiting the team leads with setting up and dismantling of various elements related to events such as conferences, seminars and other special occasions. The job has opportunity for growth if candidates have the right aptitude to learn. 

What you will be responsible for:

• Assist in the preparing, loading and unloading stages, backdrops and other materials/equipment needed for events.
• Help set up stages and backdrops. Does not exclude setup up/dismantling lighting, sound systems, and other technical equipment as directed.
• Efficiently setup and dismantle stages and backdrops (equipment) before/after each event.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination.

What we expect you to have:

• Previous experience in setting up backdrops and stages for corporate and events is considered a plus
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring manual labour.
• Proficiency in Maltese and English is a must
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the event schedule.
• Possession of B/C/C+1 valid driving licence is a must
