Sales Manager (FMCG)

Our client who specializes in the FMCG industry is looking for a Sales Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Motivating and leading a team of sales representatives
- Devising and implementing sales plans
- Being able to negotiate with clients and principals on sales
- Devise and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and maximize brand potential
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results
- Setting targets with sales team and overseeing the overall performance of your team
- Monitoring key accounts and portfolios
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm
The position will require candidates to work from the office and visit clients at their premises
Requirements- FMCG or retail experience is a must
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to lead a sales team
- Excellent communication in English and Maltese
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
