General Soft Drinks Co Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.
OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks and operational activities within the department are undertaken in line with the set deadlines and at the right quality levels.
To support the Senior Marketing Manager with the management of the calendar and the general running of activities within the department.
TASKS:
Conducting exhaustive analysis of the FMCG market to identify potential opportunities
Assisting the Marketing team in the preparation of presentations
Coordinating internally and externally in liaison with all stakeholders regarding the participation in events, regional meetings, conventions and varied activities for sales and marketing team members
Preparing and maintaining various documentation, processes and sales-enabling material as required
Supporting all Brand Managers with administration tasks, proposals and logistical requirements as required
Managing inward communication (internal and external) to the Marketing team
Monitoring deadlines and liaising with process owners to ensure that this is completed in line with expectations and as per the set deadlines.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge of the FMCG sector is considered to be an asset
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to analyse data to identify improvements and successfully implement initiatives
Analytical capability - being able to analyse data, present information from such and assist in all business models as necessary
