Our client a well-established company within the Education Industry is seeking a Sales & Social Media Executive to join the team
Responsibilities
SALES
Being the key representative for the Italian market,
Handling inquiries received on CRM, live chat service, or social media channels, as well as walk-in clients at the school.
Running the live chat service and following up with clients as needed.
Converting directly enquires into sales.
Following up with clients, having calls, and following the outlined sales process.
Building relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction, and gain insights.
Working on lead generation projects outlined by the company.
Generating leads through own efforts through online groups, and social media pages.
Actively looking for ways to increase leads and sales, contributing to team meetings.
Attending sales and business networking fairs locally and potentially abroad.
Upselling to clients in-house.
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Running an Instagram and Facebook account in IT.
Translating pre-planned posts and content from EN to IT, scheduling on software.
Obtaining content from daily life at school to be used on main channels, and all secondary channels.
Generating content for reels, TikTok and sharing with the rest of the team.
Building relationships with clients and obtaining testimonials from students. Assisting in recording testimonials. Writing transcripts for testimonial videos.
Creating brand awareness for the company within the local community (IT/SP/FR as needed)..
Pitching new ideas based on the strategy outlined
OTHER DUtIES
Translating blogs and testimonials from EN to IT.
Assisting in marketing tasks related to key languages spoken.
Assisting in market research projects (in-house or online)
Uploading content onto WordPress (if needed).
Requirements
Knowledge of and an interest in the methods organisations use to promote themselves through social media is a necessity.
Fluency in both English & Italian language - German and/or French would also be a significant asset
Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant digital marketing tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
The ability to think fast and multitask when necessary.
The ability to proactively generate and develop new markets and businesses.
The drive, enthusiasm and passion to be part of a busy, dynamic department in a thriving and growing company
