E-Business Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and experienced E-Business Specialist for the conception and self-responsible implementation of the E-Business strategy. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing all E-Business activities. Fields of activities include managing all E-Business activities and to ensure that your activities are current with trends. Your role is to fulfil sales and customer targets in a challenging multichannel business model for world market leader in the trade of the assembly and fixing material. You will work in a small dynamic team with direct top management reporting and in close cooperation with numerous internal departments, external partners as well as international support functions.

Duties:
- Strategic planning, execution, improvement and implementation of E-Business activities within the the organization

-Market E-business solutions such as Online-Shop, App, E-Procurement and other E-Services

-Develop the sales channel E-Business in close cooperation with marketing, sales force customer management and IT. 

-Develop road maps for all E-Business activities

-Organization of E-Business events for customers

-Content responsible: responsible to ensure the right visible information and layout for the different channels (e-Shop, App, banners, etc.).

Requirements

-Experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results

-Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince

-Willingness to establish new processes and digital strategies in a multichannel business environment

-Experience with SEO, SEA, Google Analytics

-Experience in e-procurement is advantageous but not a prerequisite - ERP, Interfaces knowledge, valuable systems integration

-Creativity, Affinity for digital trends and media

-Fluent in English
