Role Description
The Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist will be responsible for identifying client needs, developing customized digital marketing solutions, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring the smooth operation and continued growth of the sales department.
Role Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to meet client needs and objectives.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present appropriate digital marketing solutions to clients.
• Maintain a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and performance reports to clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and sales.
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about learning and growing within the role.
• Winning mentality and a sense of ownership.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (UK).
• Fluency in spoken Maltese is considered an asset.
• Valid driving license.
