The Role:
As a Marketing Manager Nordics at ARRISE, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the Nordic markets. This includes managing budgets, aligning strategies with senior leadership and the Country Director, and overseeing various marketing activities. Your role will involve content creation, digital marketing, online advertising, event coordination, and managing relationships with third-party advertisers, YouTubers, affiliates, and streamers.
You will also be tasked with managing and assuring the quality of translations for all Nordic markets and with analyzing marketing performance using tools such as SEO and Google Analytics, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Marketing Plan & Budget Management: Define the marketing plan for the Nordic region and manage the assigned budget in alignment with senior leadership and the Country Director.
• Content Creation & Management: Create, proofread, and post content across digital channels including TV, newspapers media, and social media.
• Online Advertising Strategy: Develop and implement an online advertising strategy (banners, editorials, interviews), and maintain relationships with third-party advertisers.
• Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events with a focus on the Nordic clients, including conferences, team-building events, parties.
• Marketing Materials: Work with graphic designers to create marketing materials such as banners and images, and manage marketing and sales materials like website content and brochures.
• Brand Exposure: Ensure maximum brand exposure across multiple channels and manage relationships with YouTube/affiliate/streaming partners.
• Affiliate & Streamer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and streamers, and review content for compliance with company policies.
• Performance Analysis: Set up and monitor performance dashboards to review monthly KPIs and budget allocation.
• Content Translation: Translate marketing content from English to the Nordic languages, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cultural context.
• Team Coordination: be responsible of coordinating with Local Account Managers in all the marketing activities which involve our clients/Partners.
Requirements:
• Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in marketing in the Gaming industry.
• Expert in the at least one of the Nordic iGaming markets from a cultural and product knowledge standpoint.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of online gambling advertising regulations and restrictions.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in one Nordic language and fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Affiliation Process: Demonstrate a strong knowledge of streamers, affiliates and Operators’ Affiliation Team within the Nordic iGaming markets.
• Advertising Experience: Experience with advertising on social media platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Instagram, TV.
• Partnership Skills: Ability to source and retain new affiliates/operators’ partnerships with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
