Growth Leads in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Social Media & Community Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

The Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Community Manager to join our team. While you will be working across different social medias, you will particularly focus on managing, growing communities and creating visibility on Reddit. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, adept at creating engaging content, and skilled in building meaningful online interactions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a Reddit-first social media strategy, tailored to Growth Leads’ verticals
• Manage and grow subreddit communities by creating, moderating, and sharing engaging content that drives user interaction
• Identify and participate in relevant Reddit threads and discussions to promote Growth Leads’ content and initiatives
• Build relationships with Reddit moderators and maintain compliance with community guidelines
• Analyze the performance of Reddit campaigns and provide regular reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with other social media platforms like Discord, X, and Meta
• Brainstorm creative campaigns to grow community engagement and brand awareness
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices on Reddit and other emerging social platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with social media management, or a strong desire to have this as your line of work. So we are also interested in hearing from driven candidates just out of university, or someone looking for their first iGaming role
• Understanding of Reddit culture and experience using the platform (either personally or professionally)
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and SEO principles is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for creating witty, engaging, and relevant content
• Ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

How to Stand Out:

• Previous experience with social platforms like Reddit, Discord, X, and Meta
• Interest or background in iGaming
• Creative writer
• Familiarity with social media advertising tools or analytics platforms.
