Seaview Construction Limited is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its growing team within the construction, fuel station and retail industry. The selected candidate will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to deliver against the company’s growth targets
  • Monitor and analyse market, competition, and customer trends, and produce insights to inform business and marketing strategy
  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Create engaging content aligned with the strategy (eg. emails, social media posts etc)
  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring it reflects the company’s value proposition and brand and is effective at engaging visitors
  • Develop and manage the company’s social media presence
  • Implement and optimize PPC, display advertising, content syndication, and other digital marketing tactics to drive lead generation
  • Build relationships with key industry influencers and media outlets to increase PR opportunities
  • Communicate ideas and present strategic and creative work confidently and clearly to the Heads of each respective Business sector
  • Add value through a keen and evolving knowledge of all facets of digital advertising, staying at the forefront of the regular changes to technology and best practice as well as looking for opportunities that could be of benefit to the company
  • Prepare media schedules and liaising with media in the booking of these media schedules
  • Collateral production – working with the creative team to produce a variety of material
  • Obtain quotes from printers and manage print projects through to completion
  • Source suppliers (locally and abroad) to meet the company’s needs
  • Keep up to date with local media programming and upcoming advertising opportunities and make recommendations to clients
  • Demonstrate experience with event coordination and planning
  • Prepare and distribute media releases and media kits
  • Write and proof-read various pieces required by the company.

Must haves, requirements, experience & skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist marketing role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of content and digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
