Food Chain Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Follow and implement Company and Franchise Brand Standards
Prepare data and other information that is needed on market sizes, segments, trends, and behavioral dynamics.
Specify requirements for studies of consumer needs, perceptions, preferences, and satisfactions of markets relating to each franchise for which he/she is responsible.
Contribute a marketing perspective to new product development.
Plan and ensure proper execution of advertising and promotion of current and new products of each franchise/restaurant.
Develop communication and promotion campaigns for the products of the franchises/restaurants and propose the same for approval.
Analyse and advise on pricing matters.
Prepare marketing plans and expenditure budges for each franchise/restaurant and assists in the preparation of annual sales forecasts.
Support with the implementation of new platforms.
Monitor the performance of each franchise on the market and assess this in light of competitive activities.
Carry out all PR functions relating to Food Chain Ltd and the franchise brands.
Create engaging content (text, image, or video-based) that can be used across various media, including but not limited to social, digital & print.
Maintaining the website for social media & mobile applications of the respective franchises as well as monitoring and acting upon data analysis.
Liaise with corporate clients such as English language schools with the aim of promoting franchises/restaurants.
The maximization of the sales potential of each franchise and the attainment of the highest profitability through the sale of the products of each franchise.
The proper allocation of the advertising and promotion funds for the products of each franchise.
All budgets are allocated to the marketing department.
The monitoring of sales forecasts and promotional expenditures.
The maintenance of the good image of the company with the various publics.
Updating database and using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
