Marketing Executive (FT/Reduced)

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join a leading FMCG company on a full-time or reduced-hours basis. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our company and its products or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development of the digital marketing strategy, planning and executing compelling marketing campaigns across multi-channels, including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans.
• Liaising with subcontractors, giving them direction, and respecting brand guidelines across both online and offline channels.
• Creating and manage content for various marketing channels, both offline and online.
• Managing marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired results
• Managing and delivering marketing-related duties required by management.

Requirements:

• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Knowledge of design-related programs would be considered a big asset
• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management software and email marketing software
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
