As the Director of Sales for Whitelabel Partners, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth through our Whitelabel partners within the regulated market segment. You will forge strategic partnerships and create innovative sales approaches to maximize market penetration and profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

  • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to expand our position as the leading white label provider in regulated markets.

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs for the Whitelabel segment.

  • Develop and execute innovative sales tactics to drive revenue growth and market share.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

  • Utilise market insights to make data-driven decisions and refine sales strategies.

  • Streamline sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Partner Success Management, Marketing, Managed Services, Legal & Compliance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

  • Regularly track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.

  • Extensive experience in Whitelabel partnership management.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis.

  • Experience in the iGaming sector (mandatory).

  • Multilingual skills may be advantageous.
