Marketing and Communication Assistant

Our client, is looking to recruit a Marketing and Communication Assistant to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of Industry Relations and Marketing, the chosen candidate will:

• Manage press and media relations by drafting press releases and coordinating with journalists and media representatives.
• Support social media engagement by creating compelling content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
• Contribute to internal communications, ensuring employees stay informed about key company updates and initiatives.
• Organize logistics and marketing materials for conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Monitor and analyze communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and update marketing and communication materials while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to strengthen marketing strategies.
• Assist in the creation of newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in aviation, airfreight, or logistics is a plus.
• Must have the right to live and work in the EU.
