Head of Sales & Marketing
Our client is a household name in Malta and as they are growing they wish to engage a Head of Sales and Marketing to help them drive company growth.
The Role
- You will report to the General Manager and focus on increasing revenue and market share.
- You will ensure that profitability is attained as per pre agreed strategy.
- You will plan, organize, and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- You will lead a medium sized team.
- You will be part of the Senior Management Team.
- You must have a strong Marketing experience in FMCG with at least years experience in Senior Management
- You must have tertiary level of education in Marketing
- Have strong strategic leadership skills
- Experience in customer segmentation and financial management is a must
