Head of Sales and Marketing

Simonds Farsons Cisk plc has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our company’s Sales and Marketing strategy to deliver growth, profitability and market share. The selected individual will report to the CEO and be expected to lead our sales and marketing teams, and build our portfolio of local and international beverage brands to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales and marketing role;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
- Strong leadership and team managements skills;
- Strong understanding of the local FMCG landscape and industry;
- Excellent digital skills, data analysis and high proficiency in CRM systems;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
