Aristocrat in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Digital Retention Specialist (Spanish Speaker) to join their team on a full-time basis.
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Retention Specialist with expertise in Bloomreach to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing retention marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a proven track record in retention marketing.
What You'll Do General:
Manage the digital marketing retention activities of the company partners
Work according to the marketing strategy and the marketing plans, media and digital marketing mix
Work according to the partners' brand style guide
Define and strengthen the brand's positioning, voice, and identity across all digital channels
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity in all marketing materials and communications
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Budget & Finance:
Responsible for the relevant parts of the end of the monthly Partners marketing & finance process
Work according to the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across initiatives
Track and report on marketing expenditures, performance, and ROI.
Retention marketing
Retention Strategy Development:
Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and reduce churn
Utilize Bloomreach to create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with existing customers
Monitor and analyze customer behaviour, segmenting audiences for more effective targeting.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, Weblayers and other digital channels using Bloomreach
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling and relevant marketing materials
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
Customer Journey Optimization:
Map and optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless and engaging experience at every touchpoint
Implement automated workflows and personalized communication strategies to enhance customer retention
Identify opportunities for improving customer experiences and increasing loyalty
Responsible for the relevant design and content deliveries.
Cooperate with the acquisition marketing team to allow holistic customer experience
Monitor results and proactively perform campaign optimization retention activities to keep results within the agreed objectives
In charge of relevant marketing competitive research and analysis.
Development:
Be part of the team to define and develop relevant marketing and measurement tools.
What We're Looking For:
This is a hands-on position
Must – experience working with back-end solutions. Experience with segmentation tools
Advantage – experience with HTML and Jinja and/or with data management tools
Advantage – experience with the Engage platform by Bloomreach
Ready to work overtime with partners from different time zones
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Spanish and English
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on customer retention
Proven experience with online retention solutions \ platforms
Proficiency in email marketing, SMS marketing, and other retention-focused channels
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Ready to travel

Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs
Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills and able to relate to others, and maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor while assisting members and co-workers throughout the day
