Our client is a looking to recruit a Branding & Marketing Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the head of department, the chosen candidate will:
• Lead efforts to enhance both exterior and interior branding across all hubs, including identifying previously unbranded locations and replacing outdated signage.
• Ensure consistent and accurate application of branding across internal and external channels, monitoring brand alignment in all materials, such as e-forms and service applications.
• Manage the procurement of branded merchandise, signage, and office stationery in line with the agency’s requirements.
• Develop, distribute, and oversee the implementation of branding guidelines.
• Act as a point of reference for stakeholders, ensuring their adherence to the established branding standards.
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing initiatives.
• Provide support for the implementation and delivery of these campaigns.
• Perform general marketing administrative tasks as required.
• Oversee branding standardization processes across the agency and its projects, including EU-funded initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts that may impact or enhance brand recognition.
• Explore and propose new methods to strengthen the brand identity, leveraging new media channels and branding innovations.
• Assist the Head of Department in developing annual operational plans.
• Ensure proper authorization protocols are followed when forwarding sensitive information within and outside the agency.
• Uphold ethical standards, particularly regarding the protection of confidential information.
• Support and manage logistics for events organized or attended by the agency.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Permanent Secretary, Agency’s CEO, Head of Departments, or their representatives.
• Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, ensuring relevant information is shared only with authorized management while respecting confidentiality protocols
